Previously Karl has co-authored Streets Ahead an ippr report , in conjunction with Professor Stephen Glaister's Imperial College Transport Department, on the inequality in child pedestrian casualties. The report played a key role in the creation of a £17m Department for Transport fund to tackle this issue.
