Reductions in funding available from local authorities to support museums, and changes in the way that local authorities allocate the funding they do have are anticipated. This project aims to set out well researched clear options which will enable two of the museums funded by Cheshire East Council to achieve sustainability. The two museums are in Congleton and Nantwich and the project is being overseen by a steering group with trustees from both. Cadence's partner for this project is museums expert Brian Holmshaw.
