Resilience Workshop Series - NEW!

Have you found some Cafe topics particularly helpful? Have you sometimes left feeling that you could have done with a little more time on the topic? Would you like some help developing a practical plan to apply some of the ideas we discuss in your organisation?

If so, our new Resilience Workshop series may be what you need!

Designed to provide focused support, these Workshops offer participants the chance to take the ideas we cover in the Cafe discussions one step further. Each Workshop provides a small group of participants (between 6 and 15) the chance to spend some time looking at what your organisation needs to do to apply the ideas discussed with the dedicated support of our expert.

We’ve called them the Resilience Workshops because they cover key topics which, research shows, can increase your organisation's resilience. Being better equipped in key areas can increase your organisation's ability to weather the storms of reduced funding, increasing demand and changing resource base.

The format of each workshop will vary depending on the subject: some are one off full days (usually 10 am to 4 pm), some are shorter recurring sessions, but most are based in the training room at Harland Works.

If you’re interested please sign up on event brite and we'll be in touch!

Why book?

The workshops draw on what we have learnt over the past 2 years about providing effective help on the issues that are important to you. Each participant is given the opportunity to specify the issue they want to be able to make progress with and is offered a follow up call to provide support following the course.

Working in small groups means each organisation gets enough time to focus on their individual situation, but, just like at the Cafes, still ensures you get the benefit of tapping into the expertise of the other people in the room. Sometimes this is just as valuable as listening to our expert speakers!
